The space was imagined as a magical forest, with each element envisioned as a blooming flower and the areas conceived as an enchanted realm through which movement flows like a harmonious symphony. For this reason, the design was approached as a fully integrated composition of humongous scale, where every element merges seamlessly into a unified state of art.

Five alternative layout proposals were developed for the apartment. The design was conceived to fit seamlessly within any of the proposed layouts, aligning with the finishes plan. Each proposal accommodates every requested feature, including three-stage bathroom lighting, generous storage, abundant greenery, a sit-stand desk, all specified kitchen appliances, the column solution, and a double or preferred-size wall bed, ensuring consistency across all layouts.

The Strachan company was contacted to coordinate the wall-bed design. The wall-bed size is to be determined in collaboration with Strachan based on preferred dimensions. It can be widened to any desired size, as sufficient space has been allocated. Storage and bed exposure can be freely adjusted according to preference.

Heals was also contacted to obtain the Elton sofa model, and Solo Fitness was reached out to for accurate dimensions and design details, allowing both to be specially modeled for this project. All requested items, including the Elton sofa, Solo Fit kit, and wall-bed, were accurately represented in the visualizations.

Renderings were produced at the highest possible quality to illustrate spatial variations, with particular focus given to the most significant alternatives and key design changes. The balcony and major layout alterations were also visualized to ensure clarity. Even the wall-to-ceiling painting beside the bathroom door was thoughtfully considered to enhance recognition and avoid confusion when entertaining guests.
