The project envisions the apartment as an elegant urban retreat, inspired by the sophisticated atmosphere of London’s Soho House style.
Deep tones such as navy blue, forest green, and earthy neutrals blend with warm wood, velvet fabrics, aged brass, and layered lighting, creating a rich yet balanced environment that feels both intimate and refined.

We decided to present a single design proposal, which we believe is the most suitable and tailor-made solution for this apartment, carefully minimizing changes to the existing walls while enhancing the functionality and character of each space.

The semi-open kitchen with island forms the social heart of the home, connecting seamlessly with the living area while maintaining the option for separation when needed. The study/guest room is conceived as a flexible space that can easily transform thanks to integrated custom-made furniture.
The bathroom, inspired by Art Déco, adds a refined touch with marble surfaces, dark finishes, and atmospheric lighting.

The result is an intimate, welcoming, and contemporary home, where design meets the theatricality of light and the freshness of greenery — achieving a perfect balance between everyday comfort and timeless elegance.
