When it comes to describing the project, I ussually say "one image speaks 1000 words".
Therefore, this time is the same, one image really speaks 100 words, so I have prepared a lot of images instead of writings.
What I should tell to the client is following: You can not make the space bigger than it is.
You obviously have a huge problem with enough space, it clearly visible.
I did my best to make your work and living here the most comfortable, using real world measurements.
From my point of view this is the best possible solution. Ofcourse, you the best what is best for you! At least, I hope you'll some of the ideas, I proposed.
