Per la realizzazione del progetto dell'appartamento si pensa di realizzare un design minimale e altamente funzionale per massimizzare la superficie per una vita confortevole nell'appartamento. I colori da utilizzare saranno bianco, grigio e legno che saranno un elemento contrastante nei diversi mobili. Ogni vita sarà arredata regolando lo spazio per ogni appartamento. Per l'appartamento più grande quello completamente realizzato, la cucina sarà composta da una cucina inferiore con un frigorifero esterno, e di fronte ci sarà un'isola di cottura che da un lato avrà una stufa per cucinare e dall'altro sarà usato come tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. Sulla parete adiacente verrà costruita una libreria con gesso e legno. La zona giorno sarà composta da un comodo divano, un carrello, un tavolino rotondo in legno e lampade da lettura. L'illuminazione sarà realizzata con lampade a sospensione e faretti al fine di avere intensità di illuminazione diverse. La camera da letto avrà lo stesso design. Sul muro sul lato del marciapiede ci sarà una pittura murale verniciata bianca da 80 cm da parete a parete che sarà una forma di arredamento e funzionale per supportare il microtelefono oi libri durante il sonno. L'inverdimento sarà un altro elemento importante con vasi di piante decorative su entrambi i lati del marciapiede, ogni stanza con un tavolo da studio. un mobile montato sulla tv servirà l'armadio più comunemente usato dagli abitanti degli appartamenti. La toilette sarà rivestita con piastrelle con 2 tonalità di colore, per la maggior parte sarà rivestita con piastrelle grigio chiaro. Sotto la doccia e il bagno saranno vestiti con piastrelle grigio scuro.
