Description

Dear Client.

According to parameters expressed in regard to the redesign the space to accommodate "AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE", taking into account the size of the furniture provided (59 "x 29 ½") and the isolation conditions imposed (6 'head to head), there is no more effective layout than linear work isles (Continuous alignment of furniture, with no partitions, see attached pictures.)

The most logical and functional alternative is to have three work islands made up of two rows of desks each, separated 6' in both directions (head axis); to have a total of 30 positions with a separation of 7'2-3 / 8 ”table-to-wall edge on the side of the shorter distance (left); and 7'10-7 / 8 "or/and 5 '7-1 / 8" in the lower aisle; with or without using dividing panels to adapt them to this layout (in red).

After and under normal conditions, you can increase the capacity to 33 places, leaving unit to unit no gap, plus and an extra workstation at the end of each work island (see optional scheme).

For your reference, in the office pictures attached, we adapt a similar layout, with the following characteristics:
1) Table: 3 ’11 -1 / 8" * 2’ 3-1 / 2 "
2) Distance between tables (internal corridor): 5 ’10 -3 / 4”

Both measures lower than proposed in actual scheme; as well, you can see, having a such compact layout, you have to handle the decoration to set a nice looking and comfortable layout; is not just about furniture.

Best regards.
