I've studied the project briefing, as well as the additional requirements from your back and forth with us the designers. I've took into consideration the location of your existing T&B (Toilet and Bath), not moving its location anymore and locating the other apartment's T&B just beside it. I've also incorporated a convertible sofa bed to provide for your capacity requirements. As for your washing machine cabinet, I've located them on each of the units' T&B's. The two apartment units are independent of each other, and only have the foyer as their common space.
I've also thoughtfully designed your ceiling in order to define each area in each apartment unit. The minimum clearance for your ceiling is 2.7m, with the remaining 0.15m used for indirect lighting. I've also specified warm light to your cove light, as this will improve the ambiance of your spaces, combined with daylight color for your pin lights. I've also included sectional detail drawings for these.
Additional cove lighting is also provided underneath the overhead kitchen cabinets for illumination in kitchen tasks. Sectional details are also included for this.
