The apartment is divided in two one bedroom apartments, each one approximately 45 sq m. Because of the unfortunate location of the entrance doors, corridors were unavoidable but I turned them into useful storage space by adding niches for built-in closets or utility rooms (for ex. washing machine, boiler, cleaning supplies, etc.). Each apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living and dining area and balcony. Apt 1 has two balconies but smaller one can be added to Apt 2 if the current doors in Apt 1 can be turned into window (with frosted glass to keep the privacy). Also storage room of the Apt 2 can have access from the bedroom an thus become a walk.in closet. The flooring in each room is parquet except the bathrooms and storage rooms where there are ceramic tiles. Other than small differences the apartments are similar both in size and distribution of spaces.
