Per rappresentare lo spazio in base alle vostre esigenze sono state realizzate due soluzioni che partono entrambe dagli stessi input da voi descritti ma con differenti accorgimenti in particolare per quanto riguardano le zone accessorie come la lavanderia con diretto accesso dalla cucina e di sevizio dato che una soluzione si compone di due bagni e l’altra di tre. Entrando in casa siamo accolti da una prima zona d’ingresso che fa da filtro con l’intero appartamento così da rendere meno impattanti alla vista la cucina e il tavolo pranzo secondario; mentre la vista si apre sul living con grande divano proposta in una soluzione più lineare e nell’altra curvo e sulla grande sala da pranzo con tavolo allungabile per ospitare numerose persone. Particolare attenzione è stata rivolta ai dettagli con comode armadiature a filo parete per non invadere gli spazi e dare linearità all’intero ambiente. Le camere sono tre di cui due non vengono modificate mentre una viene leggermente ridotta per dare spazio al bagno.

To accommodate your needs, two solutions were created. Both were based on the same inputs you described, but with different considerations, particularly regarding ancillary areas such as the laundry room with direct access from the kitchen and utility room, given that one solution comprises two bathrooms and the other three. Upon entering the home, we are greeted by an initial entrance area that acts as a barrier to the entire apartment, thus minimizing the visual impact of the kitchen and secondary dining table. The view opens onto the living room, featuring a large sofa (one linear and the other curved), and the large dining room with an extendable table to accommodate numerous guests. Particular attention was paid to detail, with convenient flush-fitting wardrobes to avoid intruding on the space and to lend linearity to the entire space. There are three bedrooms, two of which remain unchanged, while one is slightly reduced to make room for the bathroom.
