​In this project, We’ve followed your requirements to make the space more practical while keeping the original layout goals in mind.
​Here’s a simple breakdown of the changes:

​-Open Space: We merged the kitchen and living area by removing the partition walls. This makes the home feel much larger and perfect for hosting guests.
​-Better Flow: We moved the scenic door and bedroom entrance to give you more privacy and make moving around the flat easier.
​-Dining & Storage: There is now plenty of room for your large dining table. We also added a hidden area for laundry and storage to keep the flat organized.
​-Updated Kitchen & Bath: Both spaces have been expanded and modernized to be more functional for daily use.

​Style & Look:
​We kept the original 1968 vibe and the furniture you love. To make the space stand out, we added subtle Retro and Art Deco details. These touches work perfectly with the existing curves of the home, giving it a polished and unique feel.

In questo progetto, abbiamo seguito le vostre esigenze per rendere lo spazio più pratico, mantenendo al contempo gli obiettivi di layout originali.

Ecco una semplice analisi delle modifiche:

- Open Space: abbiamo unito la cucina e la zona giorno rimuovendo le pareti divisorie. Questo fa sembrare la casa molto più spaziosa e perfetta per ospitare ospiti.

- Maggiore fluidità: abbiamo spostato la porta panoramica e l'ingresso della camera da letto per offrirvi maggiore privacy e facilitare gli spostamenti nell'appartamento.

- Zona pranzo e ripostiglio: ora c'è molto spazio per il vostro grande tavolo da pranzo. Abbiamo anche aggiunto un'area nascosta per la lavanderia e il ripostiglio per mantenere l'appartamento organizzato.

- Cucina e bagno rinnovati: entrambi gli spazi sono stati ampliati e modernizzati per essere più funzionali per l'uso quotidiano.

Stile e aspetto:
​Abbiamo mantenuto l'atmosfera originale del 1968 e i mobili che amate. Per far risaltare lo spazio, abbiamo aggiunto sottili dettagli retrò e Art Déco. Questi tocchi si integrano perfettamente con le curve esistenti della casa, conferendole un aspetto raffinato e unico.
