We are very happy that our team was able to participate in your contest.
We modified the living area according to the design you provided.
We moved the wall between the two bathrooms a little and provided two full bathrooms along with a laundry room with a sink and a washing machine closet, reduced the width of the current hallway and added to the size of the bathrooms.
We converted part of room number three at the end of the hallway into an independent storage room that you can use to store household items such as a broom, iron, shoe rack, etc.
In the entrance area, we proposed two designs, in one there is a one-meter wall between the two entrance doors, and in the other we provided a guest wardrobe in the entrance area, which protected the entrance door from the house.
We kept the kitchen in its current area, replaced the current large breakfast table with a counter with 4 chairs, and provided a large storage cabinet that also has a wine cellar, the wine cellar can serve the kitchen counter and the living area.
We moved the gas range so that the gas hood would not occupy the overhead cabinets.
We planned the oven and refrigerator near the kitchen counter.
We took inspiration from the current design of the apartment in terms of colors and geometric shapes and tried to make it a little simpler and more modern.
We prepared some renderings and two suggestions for the flooring of the kitchen area and the current platform.

Siamo molto lieti che il nostro team abbia potuto partecipare al suo concorso.
Abbiamo modificato la zona giorno in base al progetto da lei fornito.
Abbiamo spostato leggermente la parete tra i due bagni e realizzato due bagni completi, oltre a una lavanderia con lavandino e ripostiglio per la lavatrice, riducendo la larghezza dell'attuale corridoio e aumentando le dimensioni dei bagni.
Abbiamo convertito parte della stanza numero tre, in fondo al corridoio, in un ripostiglio indipendente che può essere utilizzato per riporre oggetti domestici come scopa, ferro da stiro, scarpiera, ecc.
Nella zona d'ingresso, abbiamo proposto due progetti: in uno è presente una parete di un metro tra le due porte d'ingresso, mentre nell'altro abbiamo previsto un armadio per gli ospiti nella zona d'ingresso, che proteggeva la porta d'ingresso dall'esterno.
Abbiamo mantenuto la cucina nella sua posizione attuale, sostituito l'attuale grande tavolo per la colazione con un bancone con 4 sedie e realizzato un ampio mobile contenitore con cantinetta per i vini, che può servire il bancone della cucina e la zona giorno.
Abbiamo spostato la cucina a gas in modo che la cappa non occupasse i pensili.
Abbiamo progettato il forno e il frigorifero vicino al bancone della cucina.
Ci siamo ispirati all'attuale design dell'appartamento in termini di colori e forme geometriche e abbiamo cercato di renderlo un po' più semplice e moderno.
Abbiamo preparato alcuni rendering e due suggerimenti per la pavimentazione della zona cucina e per la piattaforma attuale.
