la casa verrà divisa in due appartamenti dove uno verrà utilizzato da noi. la casa è realizzata in muratura e presenta quindi muri portanti dove vi è difficile ed oneroso creare aperture. noi vorremmo avere due camere da letto,due bagni possibilmente uno con finestra dato che al momento è cieco, un soggiorno con la cucina possibilmente non a vista e magari una penisola (in quanto lavorando entrambi potremmo avere la zona cottura in disordine per eventuali visite inaspettate),una cabina armadio un ripostiglio e la lavanderia.il nostro arredo sarà moderno e con pochi mobili così come le pitture anche moderne.nella pianta allegata sarà evidenziata la parte da noi interessata per i lavori e saranno evidenziati i punti di allacciamento per gli scarichi.vorremmo inserire un finto camino( vapore o bioetanolo) come arredo nel divide gli ambienti da cucina e soggiorno. vorremmo evitare di creare eventuali aperture e/o cerchiature per eliminare i costi aggiuntivi di realizzazione e autorizzazioni.saranno allegate due piante dove,in base alla realizzazione, si potrebbe utilizzare in parte o un’intera stanza. sarà anche evidenziata la parte utile per dar accesso in un futuro al secondo appartamento.

Nell’ultima pianta sono stati evidenziati in nero i punti di allaccio per gli scarichi ed anche la zona dove avremmo pensato di posizionare la cucina con il piano cottura e lavello in prossimità della finestra
the house will be divided into two apartments where one will be used by us. the house is made of masonry and therefore has supporting walls where it is difficult and expensive to create openings. we would like to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, possibly one with a window since at the moment it is blind, a living room with the kitchen possibly not in sight and maybe a peninsula (since both of us could have the cooking area untidy for any unexpected visits ), a walk-in closet, a storage room and the laundry room. Our furniture will be modern and with few pieces of furniture as well as modern paintings. The part we will be interested in for the works will be highlighted in the attached plan and the connection points for the drains will be highlighted . we would like to insert a fake fireplace (steam or bioethanol) as furniture in the kitchen and living room areas. we would like to avoid creating any openings and / or hoops to eliminate the additional costs of construction and authorizations. two plants will be attached where, depending on the realization, it could be used in part or an entire room. the useful part to give access to the second apartment in the future will also be highlighted.
