The client’s family desires to have holiday house on their serene and cool property in the highlands but wants to have the upkeep cost down. Thus, having the need to incorporate leasable attached town- homes in their main house. The challenge was to make the look of the structure as a single monolithic entity while providing privacy for the individual units.
