Centerpiece of the design is the existing security stairwell, from a simple escape way , it becomes the main element of the connection between the 10th and 11th floors .

For this purpose has been revised the trend of the last raised of the stair, using half of the intermediate landing, inserting 3 raised "goose beak" that have allowed us to create a small landing on the 10th floor , for an easy access to the port armored and fireproof apartment.

In practice the last two flights of the stairs from the 10th to the 11th floor have been incorporated inside the apartment without losing space.

The environment thus created , and which also includes the arrival of the lift , it becomes the main lobby of the entire housing unit.

A small built-in wardrobe / clothes hanger , hides behind a compartment for a safe box.

Two glass walls divide the main hall from living room and the night space , reserved for the privacy of the owner.

The upper floor is the object of a considerable impact on the coverage of the two terraces , north and south with simple and linear architectural elements that extend the existing shaft intended to stay.

The roof of the north terrace is reserved to the master bedroom and the studio for the private owner.

The roof of the south terrace is designed as an extension of the outdoor of the living room .
This floor is not taken into consideration the elevator machine room.

This space has many sharped edges and recesses , partly hidden by a new library.
On the floor, on the arrival area of the internal staircase, has been obtained a small guest bathroom.

The covers of both terraces will be built with a horizontal and vertical load-bearing structure in wood , forming a roof slab insulated and ventilated walls are windows that open and fixed .

The south terrace will also have a part open-air solarium and garden.
