In general, my goal in designing was to create a bright and calm atmosphere with maximum capacity for employees. So it was decided to use light colors as well as the colors you are interested in. In the following, I will describe the project in the form of headings:
- Layout
Due to the demands and standards, I offered you two main alternatives and a third alternative. In the first alternative, the focus is on the maximum arrangement of the tables, and in the second arrangement, the focus is on the amount of free and moving space.Of course, there is a third alternative in which the highest standard of capacity is observed (of course, the costs are lower, but if you prefer more capacity, it is not highly recommended).
- Windows
I decided to keep the windows in all three alternatives according to the needs and the low ceiling height. Because the need for fresh light and air is met only in this way.I considered an outward opening in Alternatives 1 and 2 and three openings for Alternative 3. But the point here is that due to the need for fresh air, the windows should remain tilted.
- Acoustic
For the tables, I used your suggestion and placed panels. But I have other suggestions for insulating walls and ceilings. The sample panels you suggested for the ceiling are great, but not for the 2.5 height. This creates visual clutter and will not be of much use to you in practice. For acoustic walls, I also recommend fabric-coated gypsum panels. Because it is both cheaper and more beautiful.
- Floor
For the floor, I used epoxy coating to help both the acoustics of the space and be easy to clean. Another advantage of this flooring is that you can apply any design and color you want in it and you can polish it. But for the table and chair part, I separated it from the rest of the floor with a height difference of 10 cm and used washable carpet for that part.
- Glass Panels
Four glass panels surrounded the rally space. These panels have several uses. First, they cause less sound to be transmitted to space. Second, they can act as a board. And thirdly, because they are transparent, they do not cause congestion in the space.
- Matte Mirror Wall
Placing a matte mirror wall in the meeting space (or dining room, etc.) causes the light to double evenly in the space.

In my overall project estimate, I tried to give you realistic costs. It is natural that estimating costs such as transportation and infrastructure requires a physical presence at the project site and complete mastery of the project. Nevertheless, it was an attempt to present the most realistic case and to consider an average quality for this project. However, be sure to consider coefficients when implementing the project, but in any case, I hope you spend a little more and do the project with the best quality ;)

In generale, il mio obiettivo nella progettazione era creare un'atmosfera luminosa e tranquilla con la massima capacità per i dipendenti. Quindi è stato deciso di utilizzare colori chiari oltre ai colori che ti interessano. Di seguito descriverò il progetto sotto forma di intestazioni:
- Disposizione
A causa delle esigenze e degli standard, ti ho offerto due alternative principali e una terza alternativa. Nella prima alternativa, il focus è sulla disposizione massima dei tavoli, e nella seconda disposizione, il focus è sulla quantità di spazio libero e mobile. Naturalmente, esiste una terza alternativa in cui lo standard più alto di capacità è osservato (ovviamente i costi sono inferiori, ma se si preferisce una maggiore capacità, non è altamente raccomandato).
- Finestre
Ho deciso di mantenere le finestre in tutte e tre le alternative in base alle esigenze e all'altezza del soffitto ridotta. Perché il bisogno di luce e aria fresca viene soddisfatto solo in questo modo. Ho considerato un'apertura verso l'esterno nelle alternative 1 e 2 e tre aperture per l'alternativa 3. Ma il punto qui è che a causa della necessità di aria fresca, le finestre dovrebbero rimanere inclinato.
- Acustica
Per i tavoli ho utilizzato il tuo suggerimento e ho posizionato dei pannelli. Ma ho altri suggerimenti per isolare pareti e soffitti. I pannelli campione che hai suggerito per il soffitto sono fantastici, ma non per l'altezza di 2,5. Questo crea disordine visivo e non ti sarà di grande utilità in pratica. Per le pareti acustiche consiglio anche i pannelli in gesso rivestiti in tessuto. Perché è sia più economico che più bello.
- Pavimento
Per il pavimento, ho usato un rivestimento epossidico per migliorare l'acustica dello spazio ed essere facile da pulire. Un altro vantaggio di questo pavimento è che puoi applicare qualsiasi disegno e colore desideri e puoi lucidarlo. Ma per la parte del tavolo e della sedia, l'ho separata dal resto del pavimento con una differenza di altezza di 10 cm e per quella parte ho usato un tappeto lavabile.
- Pannelli di vetro
Quattro pannelli di vetro circondavano lo spazio del raduno. Questi pannelli hanno diversi usi. In primo luogo, fanno sì che meno suono venga trasmesso nello spazio. In secondo luogo, possono fungere da consiglio. E in terzo luogo, poiché sono trasparenti, non causano congestione nello spazio.
- Parete a specchio opaco
Posizionare una parete a specchio opaco nello spazio riunioni (o nella sala da pranzo, ecc.) fa sì che la luce raddoppi in modo uniforme nello spazio.
