They need to have a lot of noise reduction devices because they are always on the phone with a few customers, spent all together with different customers. They need a 6-person boardroom table where they can meet physically.
They do not need space to store documents, but space to learn or store the objects they design and / or buy. The environment must be efficient, collaborative, lean, with intelligent space-saving solutions and that easily stays in order. The desks must be equipped with personal cabinets, and have power points scattered everywhere. The windows and walls cannot be changed in size, only renovated and modernized. I would like an open space. Currently the area is an industrial warehouse. The budget is really low, Ikea is the way.
