The project aims to maintain the present house subdivision, and optimize the spaces thanks to the furnishings. The floor is completely covered with a grey resin.The foyer wants to be a filter space between the external environment and the private one, with references to the ocean and the beach. The studio is a dynamic space, thanks to a raised platform which permit to have a sliding bed in the lower part, and a dining area on the upper side, so during the day a part of the bed can be used as a sofa creating a sitting room. The kitchen is hidden behind sliding doors. The 2BDR apartment has a central open space, with a kitchen island, a sitting space near the big windows, and a central design table. On the sides of the living area there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom is focused on the big central canopy bed, accentuated by a decorated wall. There are also two hidden wardrobes, one for him and one for her, and two armchairs near the window. The bathroom is divided in two part, the first part in concrete coating has wc and washbowl, the second one completely covered with a tropical wallpaper decoration has a big freestanding tub with a ceiling shower heads . The second bedroom is a flexible space with two folding beds, so during the day it is possible to have a second lounge area, divided by sliding doors.
