The general concept of this office is about material honesty, simplicity and liveliness.
Most of the interior finishing, the floor, the wall and the ceiling are left bare in concrete or cement screed texture.
The main color concept is screed-light grey, white, black, with some pop up colors especially on the break out, or as we describe it, the Idea Room.
In the open plan staff area, a generous placing of plant and vegetation is added to embrace freshness and creativity for the work environment.

Principal Architect Suite
Elegant yet professional, masculine yet simple, comfortable yet functional, creates the harmony in the principal architect’s suite.
Mostly bare texture and materials are picked as general finishing in the principal architect's room such as concrete at floor and exposed ceiling, walnut panel at wall panel, and padded upholstery is applied to reduce noise.
Natural lighting is maximized to support the activities inside the room as and provide natural ambiance at the best. There are some wide window behind the principal desk that help the room look wider. Each window have rolling blind to cover the sunlight if screen projector is being used.
All furniture selected from Italian and Germany international brands that already have reputation of the quality and can fit the room space while give the modern look. There are shelves that can place books, artworks, or project display and each shelves has indirect led light to illuminate things under it and give warm ambiance at the same time.
The lighting concept is as clean as possible. At lounge area, where there is a block across the ceiling, hidden by drop ceiling with linear recessed down light. The automatic projector screen hidden in one of the linear light system in front of the TV. While the working area lighting come from the track spot light to the wall, track down light above the desk, and indirect light from drop ceiling cove. ( at this cove you can also put central air conditioner’s grill )
