Team JTCPL Designs is very excited to launch this contest .

To design an office space for a young and dynamic team with focus on an open layout that offers the team different work settings within the office. The end product should be a unique design that harmonises as one cohesive and connected workplace. The space should have an architecturally detailed balance between raw industrial look and refined aesthetics.
Material pallet - concrete, stone, glass, copper, brass, bronze, different wood species, plaster and colors in the form of graphics.

PLEASE NOTE:
No structural changes to be made.
The zoning to be retained along with the specified areas.
Only Italian furniture for the Principal Architect’s cabin giving it a very contemporary look and feel, while rest of the office furniture would be from Asia pacific region giving it a very industrial and raw look.
