As other designers have told you already, it has been a quite challenging project, especially for the situation of the drains and windows, so I created three possible options with some variants, especially in apartment “A” and a couple of arrangements for the living room of the apartment “B”
I explored different situations for the kitchen, living room, and dining room in apartment “A”, all three of them have their pros and cons: In option 1 the kitchen is near the entrance and the existing drains, and options 2 and 3 the kitchen is a little further (meaning that could be necessary a step to connect the sink to the existing drains) also there are two variants for the bathrooms and in both cases, the master bedroom has its own bathroom

Apartment A: 96 m² + 16 m² balconies = 112 m²
Apartment B: 106 m² + 12m² balconies = 118 m²
