The Concept is to optimize use of space. The existing living room is enlarged by moving the kitchen at the existing bathroom. A new opening is made in the wall between the two spaces to provide direct connection kitchen - living room. The dining table is situated next to the opening so dishes and other stuff can easily be moved to the kitchen counter and sync. The new bathroom is moved under the "loft" bedroom. A corridor is provided to separate two private bedrooms: parents bedroom and kids bedroom. This way the kids bedroom has a private bathroom - the one on the "loft" level. The kids bedroom is two-bed: one on the ground floor and second on the loft. This provides privacy for the two girls. On the main level there is a custom furniture with wardrobe for storage and vanity for the girls. In the parents bedroom there is large built in wardrobe for storage. The living space is forward entering the house and opened.
