business - large-office
PROJECT With this project, I propose to you several work zones, in open space. On the ground floor I considered a good reception area, to be the "business card" of your space. I chose to put 9 workstations on the ground floor, with a round table at the back of the space, which serves to mini meetings or to support the kitchen area. Upstairs, I chose to remove the existing wall and resize the space, not only to give more space to the boardroom but also make the space visible. On this floor, put 5 more jobs. As to the boardroom, this is designed for small conference presentations on video, with room for 12 people, as requested by you. Overview: Walls lined with natural wood to heat the environment; Ground floor also lined in natural wood; On the ground floor, keep lighting with ceiling light boxes; Handrails of stairs taken out and placed a tempered glass that goes from floor to ceiling; Upstairs, we can remove the canister and placing lamps suspended technicians to illuminate the work area and zone meetings. This solution space becomes visually more comfortable. In the areas of work, I propose that mobile suspended with doors, where they can pack all folders and others that are not in sight and cause a messy appearance. I propose one of the walls up in dark emerald green. In the boardroom we put a picture across the wall and I suggest that the window is covered, just on the inside. Here I leave you a more detailed description to each zone: Reception Area I propose a division of wood and metal that can protect visually the work area, but don’t remove the amplitude of the space. In the right main wall, color proposal is a dark emerald green, which matches the timber and the environment becomes more sophisticated, but not too much. We propose a large sofa, where the customer can be comfortable while waiting and where he can see in the screen several proposals. In this area is proposed a coffee table to create a more comfortable environment. There is a service counter with a workstation and one more monitor where can be displayed to the client some proposed buildings. Over this counter, I suggest to put lamp suspended from the ceiling coming from the upper floor, highlighting the double height. In the area of the stairs, we removed the railing and placed a tempered glass that spans the two floors, giving magnificence to the space. Workspace ground floor. 9 work spaces. 3 of them are at individual desks and the other 6, in double desks.Along the desks there is a wall cupboard for storage of files. At the back of the room is a round table that serves for small meetings or support to the kitchen. This table supports 6 people. On the top of this table, I propose a lamp ceilingWorking area of the top floor. 5 workplaces in individual desks. the concept is common to the work area on the ground floor. In this same floor, a separation in dividing this space, from meeting room. Meeting room Meeting room with table for 12 people. On one side you may put screen for video conferencing and the other side of the room a frame, with projector. On the table, a lamp I suggest technician suspended
