Real Estate Agents Office

The intern layout of th Real Estate office was thinking as a fluid space, with a visual separation between recepcion and operatives space. Tanks to the modular workstation “Work’it” by Vitra, it’s possible to organize the open space like a 3 point archipelagus. There is also a lunch bench and an archive wall with 6 modulus(90 x 200 cm each one). The waiting space was thinking like a pleasant place looking positioned in front of the big entrance wall on which is projected the advertising office projects. The first floor office is divided in two part. The first one is the main office, an open space made with cabinet wall. Main desk is 1,8 m large with 2 front chair. The meeting room has a big board room with 12 sitting and it’s isolate fron the rest of the open space with the wall glas, possibly white colored, to let in and amplify the sunlight.
