Residenziale - Appartamento
This renovation design focuses on a strategic subdivision that maximizes the functional potential of the existing footprint to create two independent, self-contained living environments. The flow is governed by a long external corridor that acts as a primary arterial spine, providing separate private entries to each unit and ensuring a clear transition from the exterior to the interior living zones. To optimize light and ventilation, the layout places major living and sleeping areas along the perimeter walls, utilizing large window openings to invite natural light deep into the plan while an internal exhaust shaft is positioned to serve the central "wet zones," ensuring consistent air quality in the kitchens and bathrooms. The workability of the design is highlighted by the high-efficiency kitchen layouts and the inclusion of a rotatable dining feature in the smaller unit, which allows the space to adapt dynamically to the occupant's needs. From a feasibility standpoint, the plan successfully clusters plumbing and utility lines toward the center of the structure, which simplifies the renovation process by consolidating technical infrastructure while maintaining a spacious, open-concept feel in the primary residence.
