PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project has followed the direction gaved by the client. The only thing changed is the disposition of the communal bathrooms.
They have been placed next to the rooms that needs them. There are 128 beds that can be mixed or female and male.
The bathrooms are right in front of the rooms so the bathroom will follow the gender of the room.
Every bed has his own locker under the bed, but there is also another locker in the corridor, it can be used for departing guest or
for the guest that wants extra space for them.
There is 1 set of bathroom every 8 people. There is also a laudry for the guest considering that is usually better to rent sheets,
instead of washing them in-house. The laundry can bring more revenue for the hostel.

The hight of the building has given the possibility to use another floor. Over the communal bathroom there are 3 living area.
Devided by lybrary and with 2 couch each. Another library devides the communal area with the private rooms.
In this plan is easy to understand the concept of Room Type 1 and Type 2. the bunks are always accessible by 2 different rooms.
Over the bathrooms area there is a storage area for extra quilt and pillows.
