Gentile cliente, abbiamo realizzato questa proposta generando un'ottimizzazione spaziale e aumentando l'illuminazione naturale, al piano terra abbiamo realizzato piccole estensioni in alcune pareti e proposto aperture vetrate a questo scopo, al piano terra abbiamo collocato la scala e un bagno completo nello stesso settore che libera il soggiorno e in un altro settore abbiamo collocato la sala da pranzo collegata direttamente con la cucina, abbiamo scelto di collocare la galleria in quel settore sfruttando la migliore visuale oltre a collegarla con diversi spazi della casa. Nelle dimostrazioni dei piani abbiamo tenuto conto di ogni esigenza e abbiamo allegato un'ulteriore pianta con la possibile distribuzione del piano superiore collegato al resto della casa. Saluti!

Dear client, we made this proposal generating a spatial optimization and increasing natural lighting, on the ground floor we made small extensions in some walls and proposed glazed openings for this purpose, on the ground floor we placed the staircase and a full bathroom in the same sector clearing the living room and in another sector we placed the dining room connected directly to the kitchen, we chose to locate the gallery in that sector taking advantage of the best visual and connecting it with different spaces of the house. In the floor demos we took into account each of the requirements and we attached an extra plan with the possible distribution of the upper floor connected to the rest of the house. Greetings!
