housing - small-apt
Hi Ali I'm a Italian architect and your House fascinated me and I tried to suggest the best solutions to make it more interesting. In outdoor accommodation I modified access and I expected: 1. an independent entrance to the garden and the swimming pool, to avoid crossing the House when you invite friends to a dip in the pool and a drink under the pergola, 2. an independent entrance with annexed garden and pool for the basement 3. a service entrance to the kitchen placed on the same face of the main entrance, because the project is now occupied by access to the basement. I preferred not to underestimate the relationship between indoors and outdoors for the basement and that's why I placed the stircase so that it does not occupy too much space on the landing of arrival to arrange outside space with green where you can pleasantly spend and enjoy the outdoors; the basement has its own pool with pergola gazebo located on the upper level near the entrance. On the ground floor, the garden was organized so as to be a space that penetrates into the House and where the House extends. The pool is located on the East side has a pool paved with planks of wood and an Arbor under which to stand in the shade of the vines.Inside I tweaked the kitchen area to try to meet your request and make the kitchen an important point home. Thanks to a snack plan that faces a large opening you can relate the kitchen with the rest of the House. This opening can be opened or closed as needed. The snack with stools is useful both to serve a drink to friends and sort the dishes from the kitchen to the dining area. The family dining room is divided from the reception and dining area visitors thanks to a sliding wall that must be closed or opened as required, this wall is coated with a special material and impressive: leather mosaic produced by an Italian company. For the furniture I have chosen elements of the made in Italy very special and refined and elements to achieve that I design for interior decor more details.Particular attention also to the master bathroom where I made changes compared to the original project by restricting the size of the bedroom. So a larger bathroom divided into different areas which follow and stand out for both functions both for the materials used. Blue Marble to the top of the two basins which face, bright pearl mosaic to the tub and the floor, blue mosaic shower area located in the Middle Island to mark the transition between the different areas, and finally at the bottom of the toilet area to which has been given a lot of intimacy. Even the lighting is very particular: a starry sky made of small lights positioned in the area covered in blue mosaic and on the front so many bright balls of different sizes are placed at different heights.I believe that this work needs further study that you can't do here. If my project proposal you seem interesting we can continue to better define many details. For now I think I've satisfied your main demands and that they had found an ideal solution. I am sure that you will like and that will continue to collaborate to define every detail. Thanks for your attention, Hello Annamaria.
