Da una prima analisi si è cercato di capire come ottimizzare gli spazi creando un grande openspace che potesse ospitare l’intera area giorno in modo da percepire fin dall’ingresso in casa l’ampiezza e la luminosità degli ambienti. Entrando si ha una prima zona di accoglienza dove da un lato una grande parete con mobile filomuro nasconde la porta del bagno finestrato per poi proseguire nel living con divani, mobile centro stanza con tv a scomparsa, tavolo da pranzo e cucina che resta defilata alla vista. La camera con letto matrimoniale collocata a questo piano resta con accesso in posizione semi disimpegnata e antistante la scala; mentre lo studio che può essere trasformato in un ulteriore camera da letto trova spazio nell’ultima stanza che risulta essere molto luminosa. Per il piano superiore si è proposta una vera e propria suite con letto centro stanza, cabina armadio, bagno con doccia in stile en suite e vasca in camera. Oltre a questa versione si presenta una seconda soluzione che differisce al piano terra per la collocazione del bagno e della camera e studio; e al piano primo per la distribuzione della camera padronale con i relativi servizi. Qui si è preferito anticipare l’openspace all’ingresso e inserire una versione di studio che tramite un grande pannello scorrevole sia un proseguo della sala in modo da avere una zona con divani e tv e una seconda zona dedicata alla lettura, tutto questo senza rinunciare alla luminosità poiché anche qui la grande vetrata sul giardino rimane libera donando luminosità all’intero ambiente.

From an initial analysis we tried to understand how to optimize the spaces by creating a large open space that could accommodate the entire living area so as to perceive the size and brightness of the rooms from the moment you enter the house. Upon entering you have a first reception area where on one side a large wall with a flush-to-the-wall cabinet hides the door to the bathroom with window and then continues into the living room with sofas, a center-room cabinet with retractable TV, dining table and kitchen which remains out of sight . The bedroom with double bed located on this floor remains with access in a semi-disengaged position and in front of the staircase; while the study which can be transformed into an additional bedroom is located in the last room which is very bright. For the upper floor, a real suite was proposed with a bed in the center of the room, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with en suite style shower and bathtub in the room. In addition to this version, there is a second solution which differs on the ground floor due to the location of the bathroom and the bedroom and study; and on the first floor for the distribution of the master bedroom with the related services. Here it was preferred to anticipate the open space at the entrance and insert a study version which, through a large sliding panel, is a continuation of the room in order to have an area with sofas and TV and a second area dedicated to reading, all this without giving up to brightness since here too the large window overlooking the garden remains free, giving brightness to the entire environment.
