It's a pleasure to work on this project alongside you, in creating a home that suits your needs and can serve as a relaxation point for you and when friends come over, the following changes were made:
1. The changes to the stairs that is changing the location, extending the verandah to link to other slab, closing windows and door in leading wall to the basement.,
2. The upper floor being dedicated to personal spaces, having a bedroom, ensuite laundry and wc, removing the ceiling showing exposed wood beams increasing its appeal.
3. The ground floor captures a large space that links the sitting area, island, kitchen all with a view of the exterior through the large sitting room sliding glass panes. The dining is featured in a comfy location close to the entrance for large gathering with ample spacing.
4. A study with a window view secluded from the living area for remote working and easy concentration.
5. A streamlined flow from space to space with the requested japandi style, giving the earthy warm feeling.
6. An alternative to the ground floor plan was added to the submission, with also a demolition plan for ease of construction and changes.
7. Also included were high end interior and exterior renders to further illustrate ideas and design creativity.
8. Lastly a furniture list has been added most items can be easily replaced with custom furniture or replica that fits style.

È un piacere lavorare insieme a te su questo progetto, nel creare una casa che si adatti alle tue esigenze e possa fungere da punto di relax per te e quando arrivano gli amici, sono state apportate le seguenti modifiche:
1. Le modifiche alle scale ovvero la modifica della posizione, l'estensione della veranda per collegarla ad un altro solaio, la chiusura di finestre e porte nella parete che conduce al seminterrato.,
2. Il piano superiore è dedicato agli spazi personali, con una camera da letto, lavanderia e wc privati, rimuovendo il soffitto che mostra travi in legno a vista che ne aumentano il fascino.
3. Il piano terra cattura un ampio spazio che collega la zona salotto, l'isola, la cucina, il tutto con vista sull'esterno attraverso le vetrate scorrevoli del grande soggiorno. La sala da pranzo si trova in una posizione comoda vicino all'ingresso per grandi riunioni con ampio spazio.
4. Uno studio con finestra vista appartato dalla zona giorno per lavorare a distanza e facilitare la concentrazione.
5. Un flusso aerodinamico da uno spazio all'altro con lo stile japandi richiesto, dando la sensazione di calore terroso.
6. Alla proposta è stata aggiunta un'alternativa alla pianta del piano terra, con anche un piano di demolizione per facilitare la costruzione e le modifiche.
7. Sono stati inclusi anche rendering interni ed esterni di fascia alta per illustrare ulteriormente le idee e la creatività progettuale.
8. Infine è stato aggiunto un elenco di mobili, la maggior parte degli articoli può essere facilmente sostituita con mobili personalizzati o repliche che si adattano allo stile.
