After studying and analizing your needs and requirements, I came up with 4 alternatives for ground floor, and 4 alternatives for upper floor.
Ground floor:
Alternatives 1,2,3 for ground floor don`t have laundry room, the laundry room will be in the upper floor, while alternative 4 has laundry room in the ground floor. The difference between alternative 1,2,3 for ground floor is the dining and kitchen. Alternative 1 has the kitchen island without dining table. Alternative has kitchen island and small dining table. Alternative 3 does not have kitchen island, but has long proper dining table. The alternative 4 has different layout of guest bedroom and bathroom from other alternatives.
Upper floor:
The alternatives 1 and 2 for upper floor have laundry room, while alternatives 3 and 4 for upper floor do not have laundry room. The alternatives 2 and 4 have the bathroom layout in the straight ceiling (heighest ceiling height) while the bathroom`s position in alternatives 1 and 3 is in the sloped ceiling.
All the alternatives have the concept of open place concept, which living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated each other (not separated). I uploaded the render views in some alternative designs. I hope you like my design as much as I do.
