Gaeta Mare

The design proposal incorporates all the requirements requested by the client, including an additional small bathroom and ocean views from all interior spaces.

Upon entering through the main door, you are welcomed by a brightly lit corridor filled with natural light coming from the terrace glass door, the kitchen window, and the living room window.

On the right side of the circulation corridor, there is a small bathroom and a larger bathroom with a shower. Slightly further ahead is the kitchen, and at the back, a small bedroom.

On the left side of the corridor is the dining area for four people, a large refrigerator, and a cabinet for storing utensils and other items. A mirror on the dining room wall enhances the sense of spaciousness within the space.

At the southernmost end is the living room, furnished with a sofa bed and a television. To enter the main bedroom, a sliding door is opened; upon entering, you are welcomed by a closet. The bed is generously sized, measuring 1.60 meters by 2 meters. Both the living area and the main bedroom face south, toward the sea.

The terrace is designed as a space for rest and relaxation. It features two pergolas: beneath one there is a sofa, and beneath the other there is a BBQ area with a dining table. It is a very warm and inviting space.

The use of white on the walls and doors is intended to provide a greater sense of visual spaciousness. Strategic touches of color are introduced through the furniture and decoration.
