The concept of this design is to minimise work to the existing layout while maximising the potential of the space by providing an enlarged master bedroom and combined living area. As requested the design divides the space into two areas, one living and one sleeping. These areas are separated by a transitional hall in order to increase the privacy of the sleeping area.
