GENTILE COMMITTENTE entro la scadenza primaria del contest, le propongo questa idea per la sua nuova abitazione.
Trattandosi di un "concept" e non di un "project", ne di un "advanced", è un'idea da cui partire per sviluppare finiture di interni ed arredi.
L'edificio ha un aspetto attuale e dalle linee pulite.
Sono presenti una corte privata, un portico a nord per proteggere l'ingresso ed uno a sud per riparare il soggiorno dal sole estivo.
Il tetto piano permette di inserire facilmente pannelli solari e pannelli fotovoltaici per migliorare l'efficientamento energetico dell'edificio.

DEAR CLIENT
before the expiry of the contest, I propose this idea for his new home.
Being a "concept" and not a "project",not an "advanced",
is an idea from which to develop interior finishes and furnishings.
The building has a current look and clean lines.
There is a private courtyard, a porch to protect the entrance to the north and one porch to south to repair the living room from the summer sun.
The plan roof allows you to easily insert solar panels and photovoltaic panels to improve the energy efficiency of the building.
