The idea is to create a link between the two plans by inserting an internal staircase in steel and glass, which would connect the living area to an area of the upper terrace.
This part of the terrace will be closed and covered with glass plates (sunroom) and inside you will find an area with a wooden table for eating. The rest of the terrace has a relaxation area and sunbathing area.
In the other terrace you will find instead a pool paved with mosaic and covered by a glass roof and a relaxation area and solarium. Both terraces are paved with oak exterior parquet.
The room between the two terraces will be repaved with clinker tiles and used as a billiard room and a club house with a wooden shelf that acts as a mini bar with stools.
Downstairs the living room is furnished with designer pieces (Barcelona chair).
