The proposal searches a continuous connection between interior and garden through generous glazing, a tropical courtyard with a vertical water feature and shaded outdoor living spaces.
Existing structural elements and bracing are fully preserved.
The layout remains flexible: the studio/workshop, bedroom configuration and west-side openings can be adapted, including the option for an ensuite bathroom.
Privacy is achieved with timber screens and bamboo planting.
The compact kitchen can be concealed behind flush sliding doors, while large sliding glazing with integrated fly screens allows natural cross-ventilation and year-round outdoor living.
