The main concept of this renovation is based on two differents ideas but both tied to the world of houses and Real Estate.The first idea is HOME: the office thought with the atmosphere that it’is possibile to find within a house. So you can fel it in the hall, in the lunch area (thought as a garden) and in the open meeting room upstair, made as if it was a huge lving room.The second idea is STREET: houses are builted in a city, city is made by streets and, especially in the Historical center of Cities like Rome for example, these streets are often shorts, narrow and they put in comunication people and buildings. So the Open space area is thought as a city, and the continue desk is the symbolic rapresentation of a street who links all the employer. This strong sign develops also on the wall and it’s possible to use the surfaces to attach post, photos or documents.Upstair there is the closed board/meeting room for private conversation with big table and a short forniture all around the room, and outside there is a big open area, when meetings are more informal and there is no need to be closed within a room.Under the stairs i used the space to have some storage for the work area and the welcome area.Materials used are simple and you can fin them also into an apartment: Wood, natural or lacquered, chrome, leather.On the walls i used a concrete effect paint and in the luch area i though to put synthetic grass carpet to symbolize a garden.Also lights are thought to give the feeling to stay at home with classic and familiar shapes.
