Residenziale - Casa
The project proposal was based on your initial suggestions, adapting them to the specific characteristics of the site to create a functional, modern residence that harmonizes with the natural surroundings.
The main changes were made in the master suite, where a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom were incorporated, ensuring the bedroom enjoys a privileged view of the inner garden. This garden serves as the central element of the design, with large doors and windows connecting the interior spaces to the outdoors, promoting natural light and visual integration.
On the façade, two large windows were added to enhance the modernity and prominence of the building while maintaining harmony with the contemporary Spanish style that defines the project.
Other design features include:
Doors and Windows: All doors are made of black PVC with glass, while the main entrance features an imposing double wooden door, emphasizing the entryway.
Garage Connection: A large, covered, and enclosed bridge was designed to connect the garage to the house, ensuring functionality and comfort.
Garage and Storage: The garage was designed to accommodate three cars and includes an additional storage area.
Veranda: A veranda was positioned around the living room, overlooking the creek and natural surroundings, providing an ideal space for contemplation and leisure.
Entryway Storage: Two storage spaces were strategically planned at the main entrance, adding practicality to the layout.
The entire residence was designed within the boundaries established in the technical file, ensuring the project aligns with the site’s conditions and requirements.
Additionally, several images have been created to help visualize the concept and understand the project in detail.
The final result is a residence that blends style, functionality, and integration with the natural environment, meeting the client's expectations while maximizing the potential of the site.
