La soluzione presentata consiste in una rivisitazione dell’appartamento ed in particolare della zona giorno che come visibile dai render adesso si presenta in stile open con un totem centro stanza che filtra la zona operativa della cucina. Entrando in casa ciò che si vuol trasmettere è il confort e la convivialità con un grande armadio avente più funzioni sul lato sinistro e la sala da pranzo sul lato destro sempre filtrata da tre elementi verticali contenitivi. I colori sono chiari e i toni neutri con leggeri contrasti per offrire una maggiore luminosità degli ambienti. Viene proposta una seconda soluzione con modifiche nella distribuzione degli arredi e con una stanza ad uso studio/camera ospiti, in questo caso la zona lavanderia è nel disimpegno con colonne attrezzate a scomparsa. Nella terza proposta la cucina viene spostata all’ingresso, sfruttando la finestra, filtrata da un armadio appenderia e da un piano snack, trova spazio anche un piccolo ripostiglio con attrezzatura per lavanderia.

The solution presented consists of a reinterpretation of the apartment and in particular of the living area which, as visible from the renderings, now presents itself in an open style with a totem in the centre of the room that filters the kitchen operating area. Upon entering the house, what is intended to be conveyed is comfort and conviviality with a large wardrobe with multiple functions on the left side and the dining room on the right side, always filtered by three vertical storage elements. The colours are light and the tones are neutral with light contrasts to offer greater brightness to the rooms. A second solution is proposed with changes in the distribution of the furniture and with a room used as a study/guest room, in this case the laundry area is in the hallway with concealed equipped columns. In the third proposal, the kitchen is moved to the entrance, taking advantage of the window, filtered by a hanging wardrobe and a snack top, there is also space for a small storage room with laundry equipment.
