This design explores a synthesis between industrial language and biophilic qualities. The integration of greenery along the wall acts as an active layer that softens the visual rigidity of industrial materials, establishing a balance between solidity and softness. The strategy is based on preserving the existing structure and minimizing unnecessary interventions, resulting in reduced construction costs and improved efficiency. Operable windows and dual-side access further support this approach by enabling effective natural ventilation and enhancing the environmental performance of the space. Materials are selected with an emphasis on lightweight solutions and controlled detailing to maintain an industrial expression without imposing additional structural load. In response to spatial constraints and the sloped ceiling, low-height elements are prioritized to create a lighter and more open spatial perception. This scheme is suitable for users who value environmental quality and a softer interpretation of industrial design.
