ENG:
Industrial-style loft. The room is currently open to the second floor.
The goal of the project is to enclose the room in order to achieve better acoustic insulation from the rest of the spaces, without adding excessive visual or structural weight, and without making the environment feel closed off, dark, or lacking in natural light.
It would be interesting to evaluate the following solutions:
a partition wall using smart glass to enclose the room
the integration of diffuse lighting using the Philips Hue ecosystem, which is already installed in the other areas of the property


SPA:
Loft de estilo industrial. La habitación actualmente está abierta a la segunda planta.
El objetivo del proyecto es cerrar la estancia para lograr un mayor aislamiento acústico del resto de los espacios, sin añadir peso excesivo a la estructura ni cerrar demasiado el ambiente, evitando que los espacios resulten oscuros o con poca luz natural.
Sería interesante evaluar las siguientes propuestas:
un cerramiento mediante pared de vidrio inteligente (smart glass) para delimitar la habitación
la integración de iluminación difusa utilizando el ecosistema Philips Hue, ya instalado en el resto de la vivienda


ITA:
Loft stile industriale. Stanza risulta aperta al secondo piano.
l'obiettivo del progetto è chiudere la stanza per avere un maggiore isolamento acustico dal resto delle stanze ma senza appesantire la struttura e chiudere troppo rendendo gli spazi bui e con poca luce.
Sarebbe interessante valutare le seguenti proposte:
- una parete con smart glass per chiudere la stanza
- inserire luci diffuse dell'ecosistema philips hue già integrato negli altri locali

Il loft si trova a Milano in zona nord.
Per chi partecipa in zona Milano e provincia, chi si aggiudica il lavoro può assumere anche il ruolo di responsabile di cantiere e di scouting delle ditte a cui appaltare il lavoro
