Hello!

First of all thank you for the possibility to work on this project, as I really appreciated a lot!

I tried to include almost all your requirements in the project submission. Even though it was a conceptual project contest I submitted some technical drawings to help you to implement the project.

The following list of characteristics present my concept of the project:

- open space of living room (no door, no wall separation), need of space communication.
- the overall design has a unique architectural style (minimalism+functionalism).
- well organized overall space (no unused space, efficient)
- 2 children rooms (one bigger)
- one extra bathroom for matrimonial room (couple room)
- hanging ceilings + modern LED and spots lighting.
- bright colours used (bright parquet)
- vivid space
- modern furniture (I would suggest to produce them to the carpenter
- proposed shelf & storage (Closet) in the entrance of the aparment (both remodelled).
- functional/efficient kitchen + dining space
- breakfast/fast food table (hanging lighting over it)
- you had 103 m2 and I proposed 3+1 aparment which is not simple to have efficient functions.
- matrimonial room (couple room) has dressing room+storage.
- vivid space for children (wall coverings, furniture, colours).

** All the wall papers are taken from: www.rasch.de (i suggest these ones as we work with them a lot and are brand quality).
