Design Concept
Our approach focuses on creating a modern Nordic-style environment that balances simplicity, comfort, and functionality. This style emphasizes natural materials, neutral colors, and clean lines to provide a cozy yet elegant atmosphere throughout the building.

Key Features
Ground Floor: Designed as a welcoming B&B unit with two bedrooms featuring private bathrooms, a functional study, laundry with shower and toilet, and a spacious entrance area. The central corridor will serve as a refreshment space for guests.

First Floor: Contains three bedrooms (master, boy's, and girl's rooms) furnished in a Nordic style with practical and cozy layouts. The bathroom will be updated with new shower fixtures and cabinetry without a full renovation.

Second Floor (Attic/Apartment): A combined living and sleeping area featuring a fireplace and a kitchenette, designed as a warm and inviting apartment. Two additional rooms remain closed for future renovation. The bathroom will be refurbished by removing the built-in bathtub and updating the shower area and cabinets.

Materials and Furniture
We have selected furniture and materials that reflect a mid-to-low price range with Nordic influences—think IKEA, Maison du Monde, and similar brands. The focus is on maximizing comfort and style while keeping the design accessible and practical.

Lighting and Ambiance
Lighting throughout the building will be soft and warm, complementing the natural materials and creating an inviting atmosphere in all spaces. We aim to blend functional lighting with aesthetic appeal, using pendant lamps, sconces, and ambient sources suitable for each room.
