The project was developed by assessing the housing situation in the territory. They have been taken as the main facades north and east facade. The north facade by the proximity to the street, where the porch of the house is situated to promote the external image of the building and have the best accessibility from the main road. The eastern facade has been valued for its landscape quality, for the enjoyment of all, there has been a pedestrian access and have placed the day rooms of the house looking for more interior-exterior relationship. Daytime core, composed of the living room and kitchen create an "open-space" totally permeable with access from the two main facades. The bedroom area is located in the south to promote internal comfort by sun exposure. The dormitory rooms are connected to the central core of the house to always create more day stay in the warm atmosphere.
