This project aims to meet all criteria given by the client. There are two options in which the first version ( option A ) is the one I prefer. In both options it was kept the existing scheme of the positions of the drains, roof angles, walls, flooring as well as the openness of the space and maintaining the same daylight brightness of the space. A new roof over the terrace is designed ( furniture scheme 2 ) with regular wooden beams which in summer can be combined with cloth for controlling daylight. Concerning that this is an attic there is some furniture that is custom made ( furniture scheme 2) and can be done by any carpenter in town. This way we maximize the space and make the concept original. The whole concept is to give unique in a way Scandinavian atmosphere to the whole area and also keep the design as close to the reference given by the client. On both of the versions on the left side of the entrance there is a coat hanger as the client needed ( 23 ).The hallway is now modified to serve the main bathroom, master bedroom and children’s room therefore making the living room and kitchen an individual separate space. The kitchen is now moved connected to the living room by a sliding glass door which gives transparency and opens up visually the whole apartment. The living room, main bath and master bedroom have new layout which is best described in the drawings, sections and renders of the same. The studio is furnished with wardrobe, working desk and a pull out sofa which can be used for visiting guests. The previous room that used to be a kitchen now is a children room with two options for bed, wardrobe and desks positioning. The colors are bright and vibrant contributing to the cheerful and cozy interior.
