Ampliamento zona giorno - Extension of the living area

The floor plan addresses the extension of the living area by adding a mini anteroom to the entrance, which also houses a storage area for clothes and shoes. The wall partition between the kitchen and living area has been eliminated to provide a fluid, free-flowing living room–kitchen space. A storage room has also been carved out to allow for the storage of household equipment. A terrace area has been provided on the east wing of the building to accommodate summer seating for family and friends.
Two basic but similar layout options have been provided to offer flexibility in the arrangement of the space.

La pianta del piano prevede l'ampliamento della zona giorno aggiungendo un piccolo ingresso (antingresso) che ospita anche un'area di stoccaggio per abiti e scarpe. La parete divisoria tra la cucina e il soggiorno è stata eliminata per creare uno spazio giorno-cucina fluido e aperto. È stato inoltre ricavato un ripostiglio per la conservazione delle attrezzature domestiche.
Un'area terrazza è stata prevista sul lato est dell'edificio per accogliere posti a sedere estivi per la famiglia e gli amici.
Sono state fornite due soluzioni di disposizione simili ma distinte per offrire flessibilità nell'organizzazione dello spazio.
