Ampliamento zona giorno - Extension of the living area

I have considered four alternatives for this project, each designed to align more closely with your preferences. The design focuses on open circulation and the connection between the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
I aimed to design the options in a way that minimizes demolition and construction based on the existing layout. In all designs, there are no changes made to the bedroom areas, except for alternative 2, where a minor adjustment to the bathroom door has been made. This adjustment allows the newly created space to be used as a storage area, reducing hallway space wastage, and the area in front of the storage can be added to the kitchen space.
In all designs, in addition to the storage space you requested, wall cabinets have also been designed and marked with an "X," along or with clothes hangers, to provide additional storage capacity. The storage area varies across the alternatives; it could be a sliding door cabinet that extends under the stairs (Alternative 4) or a space with a sliding door.
On both sides of the entrance, there is also space designated for shoe storage and additional storage. In all alternatives, a piano is placed in the living room, which serves as a great gathering place when you have guests. You can see it as a rectangle with a line in the middle in all plans.
In one alternative (4), I have changed the location of the fireplace, which can be designed in any form you desire. I designed the living room around it to create a better atmosphere.
The summer balcony is located at the front entrance in alternatives 1 and 2, enclosed with glass all around and featuring two glass doors. In alternative 2, I have also designed a small kitchen next to the balcony if needed, to showcase the potential of that space.
In two of the alternatives (3 and 4), the balcony is located at the back for more privacy, taking this aspect of design into account as well.
