• Assisted senior leadership in managing all aspects of Projects • Initiate and maintain clear communication channels with the foreign architects, Interior designers, Hospitality consultants and Kitchen Consultants. • Ensure that the foreign architect's design complies with the local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements • Transmit the response to the submitter of the RFI and RFA within the agreed-upon timeframe ensuring that all relevant parties are copied on the communication • Maintain a centralized RFI and RFA log or tracking system to record all RFIs and RFAs, their status, and corresponding responses. • Establish a clear communication plan to ensure effective and efficient coordination among Landscape Consultants, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, Kitchen consultants, Lighting Consultants, LEED consultants and Hospitality consultants • Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the foreign architect's design intent is being implemented correctly. Conduct regular site visits, review drawings, and provide feedback. • Assist the foreign architect with the preparation and submission of drawings and specifications ensuring that all documentation meets the local standards and requirements. • Build relationships and establish trust with local stakeholders to create a supportive environment for the foreign architect's involvement in the project.
• Create and develop comprehensive and compelling proposals that addresses all Planning, organizing and directing the design schematic to details design activities • Monitoring the executions, administrations and performance of the design development. • Prioritized tasks and allocated resources appropriately to keep teams focused and productive. • Overseeing and coordinating design development and technical coordination in all aspects of the project, from its initial Feasibility studies planning and design phase to construction, marketing, and completion. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting the project. • Optimizing the design and construction of the building to maximize its value and minimize costs. • Investigate innovative space-saving solutions and design strategies that can maximize the functionality of projects. • Creating comprehensive documentation that accurately represents the design intent and technical requirements of a building project. • Scheduled regular design coordination meetings and review the design thoroughly to identify any conflicts or clashes between the architectural, MEP, and structural systems. • Researched zoning laws and building codes to verify conformance with regulatory agencies. • Explore emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in micro apartment design. • Liaise with stakeholders, such as property owners, homeowners' associations, regulatory authorities, and local communities. • Implement quality control measures to ensure that the construction and finishing of the condominium units meet the required standards and specifications.
