The concept provides for the placement of two separate volumes of residential buildings with the possibility of dividing the existing site into two equal, autonomous ones / taking into account the rules for building in this region /.
Approximate area of the divided plots: S1=622m2 and S2=680m2. It is proposed to link the houses on the plot with an offset along the central axis of the existing plot, in order to provide the main premises in both buildings with predominant views of the sea / south-east / indented from the borders of the plots 3 m.
Thus, the layouts of all the main premises in both buildings are maximally open to the South / East: windows, terraces, etc., and deaf, closed: to the North / West and South.
