The design provides two alternatives for the ground floor, both with a large open-plan living area with an entrance filtered through vertical wooden slats that ideologically divide the spaces. The sleeping area is partly modified to gain space towards the living area for the new bathroom and to remain within the correct measurements.

One solution is to subdivide the bathroom with a part at room level, with the main sanitary fittings, and a spa and laundry area created in the part on the lower level.

In the room adjoining the garage, an equipped gymnasium will be created.
The second alternative envisages the bathroom all on one level and the creation of a laundry room accessible from the bedroom. In the separate room, a tavern will be created, connected by a new door to the garage so as to have access to the garden in the event of a barbecue and to make use of the minibar created in the tavern and the large table.

On the upper floor, the living area will be created with maximum visual openness, with miniature filters of vertical slats facing the large entrance equipped with large cupboards.

The dining area and the kitchen area will be an open space that can possibly be separated with large sliding glass doors. The living area, on the other hand, will be centered around a circular fireplace (wood or ethanol) in the middle of the room, overlooked by the TV area with a large sofa and the reading area with comfortable armchairs.

The sleeping area envisages construction/demolition changes only for the main bathroom and the master bedroom. The former will be equipped with an ante-bathroom with laundry area and will be fitted with a shower and an asymmetrical bathtub to enjoy the best practicality on the management of the fittings.

The master bedroom is proposed with two alternatives for the walk-in closet/bathroom en-suite area. One involves a large glass door and 'hallway' with drawers to access the two separate spaces. The second proposal, which is more classic, enlarges the space dedicated to wardrobes and bathroom but tries to give it a new touch by creating a single wall partition flanked by two sliding glass doors that are paired with two fixed doors made of the same material.
