The project entailed the design and planning of a large 5- bedroom
family home to encompass a firepit, swimming pool area, tennis court
among other spaces to give the feel of a modern Los Angeles themed
home. In the design of the spaces the choice of material was also of
consideration as it involved the large use of concrete and also wood
finishing to give it the bright modern look. The spaces were optimally
planned to hold a large gathering as required by the client with the incoporation of spaces like a cinema room and games room all screened
at a logical distance from the living spaces
