The design is of a single family house dwelling, lying  on 1/4th acre, which responds to a basic factor: Spatial quality. This was achieved through lighting, levels, open plan indoor spaces, contrasting textures, terraces and balconies.
Elements such as the corner windows and slit windows give the design an excellent quality.
